Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Grails Galore, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Full name used for the order

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

  • Grails Galore is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement product, please contact us within the return window.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the return has been received and approved.

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned after the return window has expired

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

Shipping Information

  • All orders include tracked shipping worldwide.

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after shipment.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
